Just some rules of engagement and information you might need to have, before we go ahead and style you. Here are some frequently asked questions to assist you with this. Can I make COD (cash on delivery) orders via the website?

Yes; these will have to be pre-arranged with either Ayanda or Karabo. COD orders must be paid in full at the time of delivery.

Can I arrange my own delivery?

No. All of our orders are either hand delivered by us or through our courier partner.

How do I arrange a fitting, for my custom designed apparel?

Fittings for custom orders can be arranged to be done at our studio.

What are the accepted forms of payment?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, cashless ATM payments (such as CashSend), and EFT payments.

How do I arrange a custom design to be created?

For original, out-of-collection custom pieces, please contact us by email (ayanda@fashionesque.co.za or karabo@fashionesque.co.za). We will get back to you within 2-3 working days to arrange a consultation at our studio. Please note that custom pieces take between 6-10 weeks to be completed.
